Athletes Against Trafficking is an athlete-led awareness and advocacy initiative that empowers athletes to use their platform, leadership, and influence to raise awareness about human trafficking and inspire action within their teams, schools, and communities.
Athletes are among the most visible and influential leaders in society. From youth sports to collegiate and professional athletics, they can shape culture, influence peers, and serve as role models both on and off the field. Athletes Against Trafficking harnesses that influence to address one of the world's fastest-growing human rights issues by equipping athletes to become advocates for awareness.
The initiative encourages athletes to "Compete With Purpose" by using sport as a platform to educate others, challenge misconceptions, support prevention efforts, and promote human dignity.
